I ordered a bouquet. It was supposed to be 6 roses. The bouquet and vase arrived a day late and with only 4 roses. One of them looked horrible and half dead. I expected more from a luxury flower brand and for the price I paid.

The flowers for my mom arrived without a vase - I specifically asked for a vase due to her not having a vase that would work for the flowers. Consequently, they did not set well in the vase and for the first time in 60 years, she told me that this was the only time she did not like my gift and that I should ask for my money back. Also, I saw the flowers I had sent my mother-in-law only 4 days after receipt and they were limp and horrible looking. I asked for a refund of the vase, they wanted to give me $20 credit, which I replied that I wanted a refund. The refund came in as $10. I had stopped using this company years ago due to substandard arrangements, but they seemed like they had improved, so gave them another go. What a mistake.
