The customer service by John was unmatched by any company that I have ever used online before. I never submit reviews but he and buybrakes.com are top notch and I’m willing to take the 5 minutes to submit this review. I attempted to call customer service to ask a question about my recent purchase, however before they could answer I was able to figure out a solution to my problem on my own. Even though I was unable to speak with somebody, John was willing to follow up with a text making sure that I no longer needed assistance and offered help along with his personal extension, links to their site, and resources of where I could get it further assistance. 11/10, I will recommend this company to anyone!

I’ve been using buybrakes.com for years now on all my sports cars and when I tell you it has always been the best experience and Adam has always been there to help me out throughout all the years always giving me the best experience and knowledge to get me the right stuff and always being the most respectful person making me feel more as a friend then just a customer. I had the privilege of working with a rep named John, and it was refreshing to say the least. I really hope he sees this so I can thank him personally. This guy knows his business like everyone should. You don’t wind up with some mush-mouth on the other end of your call who lives half way across the globe and greets you with some made up name. This is a guy who will tell you honestly what he can and can’t do. John is a guy that goes into detail about your specific needs/wants, your price range, the why’s and how’s of what is best for your application, and how to to squeeze every bit of performance from your personal budget. I was looking at brake kits for my “Big Turbo” F150 Ecoboost from a few different manufacturers, the typical cross-drilled and slotted stuff you see in online catalogs like American Truck, Jegs, etc…this is a 4x4 truck that weighs 6,000 lbs and does a 13 second 1/4 mile.…John educated me on more than I knew as a mechanic of 30 years, and the owner of 47 modified cars in my lifetime. Thanks for the time you took with me on my brake setup and order yesterday. My boss took a look at your site and couldn’t believe he’d never come across it; idk how we’ve missed it before! We’ll definitely be calling you in the future for the high end brake conversions and repairs that we get about 1-2x/month. We’ve done an Audi s8 v10, a 10- second BMW M6 , a C63 AMG, and an 85 Jaguar xj6 with a supercharged SBC conversion in the last year, and all we knew to do was go with Wilwood and Brembo….I can tell anyone reading this that there’s better options here for less coin. I personally put a sticker on my windshield of every company I’ve had great experience with….you have one you can throw in the box for me to put on my truck? Thanks again for all your time.
