Just received my snowboard pants today more than happy 6 days delivery Haven’t used customer services, heard there bad , but so far so good 10/10

Rannel at customer services was quick to respond to my email regarding a missing item from my delivery. Taking me through the process and then resolving the matter. Efficient and polite.

Mei customer service dealt with my complaint quickly and expertly .the agreed position was ratified and implemented to resolve the issue via facebook messenger. A phone call helpline might also be useful for customers or online chat

Had a problem with my refund, only 1/3 items was refunded. I messhaed Burton using the Apple message system and Rex managed to sort my issue out within minutes. I only sent one text and Rex managed to get me my full refund. Thank you

Had quite a lot of hassle trying to get delivery of some binding and boots. After 2 no shows i chased UPS direct and was told they did not have the correct paperwork to clear customs. I ended up sending it to them. Annoying as should have been Burton doing this. That said, i had a smooth return as boot size was wrong and the re delivery was reasonably swift although again there was a no show the day the 1st 2 hour slot was given. What has really impressed me was some email exchanges subsequent to the boot purchase with customer representative Chris H. He has been instrumental in helping me choose a new board. His knowledge and enthusiasm was 1st class and no pushy sales tactics. Just be warned, if ordering to UK just be prepared UPS might say they are delivering but don`t show .... but you will get the order eventually.
