Worst customer service. They don't answer phones, emails or chat. We sell their products but get horrible customer service when trying to get our stuff warrantied out. Seriously considering not carrying anymore of their products

So if you're looking for a (mostly) portable Bluetooth boom box, this is your product and company. I've had a Bumpboxx Flare8 in the "graffiti" style for more than a few years now. I've taken it to a lot of places - from the beach to car shows to weekend getaways and camping trips. Oh and then there was the time I had it in a wagon in a holiday parade and blasting a holiday music play list or at another parade blasting a bumping and pumping 2-hour custom music mix. The Flare8 is so named because of the size of the speakers. This portable boombox speaker unit allows you to play your music... You can connect via USB or Bluetooth, you can play from an SD card, and there are inputs for microphones or other aux devices. I just recently participated in an auction 'sell off' of old and collectible speaker units - where there is an authorized licensed design or style - from Selena to Cookies to Monster to other artists and companies and teams and ... well, go look at their site for more. I'll tell you right now - these are BIG speakers. The Flare8 I have right now measures 28 inches wide by 8 inches deep and 13 inches tall; plus another 3 inches for the metal handlebar across the top! I'd say it tips the scales at about 15 or 20 lbs... This is the reference to "mostly" above - you gotta have a strong shoulder to carry one of these and a bit of room. But the sound is INCREDIBLE! Clear mid-range and highs (has a 3" tweeter), 8" subwoofers and 200 watts of power, plus a built in digital amp and more. I'm a dj and an audiophile and love this beast. In the recent auction days, I've bought 2 other Flare8 models, plus a mystery box with over 1200 bucks in products and gift cards... If you're a serious music fan, this is the company you want.... I'll tell you - they're not cheap - with the smallest speakers (called a microboom) hitting at $100 and the biggest units topping out around 600 bucks, there's a big range of audio speaker systems for you to get.
