Bumble and bumble has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. In June there was a promotion 25% off. I ordered. A week later went to check on my order only to find out it had been canceled. I called and the person who answered said there were processing errors. I said OK well please replace my order but I want the 25% off. She couldn’t do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I could not and to send an email and I would be credited the difference. I never heard back to this email and did not get a refund. Last week I placed another order. My confirmation said it will ship in one to two days. Seven days later it still has not shipped. I called and was given a similar excuse. Order processing is backed up - my order will ship in 3 to 4 days. I said I placed the order because I needed the products. I received free two day shipping because of the amount of money I spent. I asked for her to upgrade it to next day shipping, but of course she is not able to do that. She told me she could refund my shipping which I had already told her was free. Again I asked to speak with a supervisor. She put me on hold and came back and said no one is available right now but someone will email me in 24 to 48 hours. Seriously? Yes she said. I said is there actually a supervisor there? She said yes but they are helping other customers. I said that’s OK I will hold. She told me I couldn’t. I asked why not? She just said again you can’t hold. I asked is she the only person working there? She said no. I called back three more times over the next hour and she answered every time. Bumble and Bumble, you need to do better by your customers who spend a lot of money on your products. You need to let the people who answer your customer service phones actually be able to help your customers. And it would be great if you could actually complete orders in a timely manner. I’m really so fed up and disgusted.

Upgrading to 4 stars - order received on the 29th. It would be nice to have website updated of order status, including tracking number, so that there is no undue concern of paid but non-moving order. ----- Ordered on the 23rd, got charged on the 24th, followed up via email on the 27th since status is still in warehouse. Their FAQ says that one will be charged only when the products are shipped. I got a reply that they cannot answer my inquiry via email and that I have to call customer service. It's strange that they cannot update me of status via email.

The most amazing hair care products, come packaged really nicely. They have made such a difference to my hair and although they are on the pricey side they are worth every penny, you use so little with each wash because the quality is so good that they last for months and months. I love their products and they do a lot of testing before a product hits the market. ALL of their certified hairdressers MUST attend classes annually in NYC. DO NOT EVER buy Bumble and Bumble Products from a non certified shop or salon. I was told this from the headquarters. They have a wonderful website that is cutting edge and will give you so much healthy hair advice.

Smooth, efficient shopping experience with timely shipping and prior notification of the sane. High quality products which, whilst not inexpensive, are typically worth the £ and often come with samples, which is great.
