Trying to return a patio umbrella but website says to contact customer service which is automated and there is no option to speak with a rep. When I tried several times to start the return on line they send a link that can’t be opened. Really crummy customer service and Happy Returns is a joke!

ZERO STARS! Quality of products and Customer Service has gone down since the Covid shut down. My first complaint: The website stopped listing past orders about 2 years ago and customer service will not address my questions about it. Calling customer service is a nightmare. #2: Do not try to order anything that comes directly from another shipper - the only way to return those items is with the included packing slip. There was no packing slip included with the curtains I ordered and didn't like. Starting a return was nearly impossible since they don't list past orders. Once started you have to have the order number, only available in the email confirmation. I got that far; the order came up but no "make a return" button for the curtains. I emailed them and it took weeks to get the shippers address. I sent them back with USPS confirmation of delivery but no refund. By that time it had been over 60 days since the charge appeared and they must have a claim submitted within those 60 days. I emailed customer service to ask if I had any recourse after 60 days and included the USPS confirmation of delivery. I got very long, clearly canned, responses that never answered the question and finally one from a supervisor saying that my dispute was resolved and closed 4/4/23 - 2 days after I received the curtains. I never filed a dispute. I will never order from Brylane Home again.

Customer service rep was rude and claimed I had not paid my April bill and I was charged a late fee. I was confused at the time of our encounter. I felt since my bill box had no pending bills and yet no payment was received by Brylane Homes, then, apparently I didn't receive a bill. I received a statement from Brylane Homes yesterday. There was no late charge on it & I did make a payment. My account has been overpaid by $67.88. Customer Service rep was wrong and I deserve an apology for her rudeness.

Have been using them for years. I find their guality good. Shipping within 1 week usually. Never had to use returns so cannot comment on that.very happy with them.

We ordered 2 lift chairs from this catalog. The price was reasonable and because we both needed these lift chairs we thought we would try them. They turned out to be very nice, and my favorite thing is that the noise they make is very quiet. The only thing I feel is a negative is the seat is not as soft as it could be.
