Great customer service. I lost one of my new running shoes (it fell out of my car) and I was so sad about it and didn't have money to replace them. I reached out to them to see if by chance they would replace it. Not holding my breath of course. But they sent me a new pair and were so sweet about it. I had already had Brooks for years and this just made me love them even more.

I called customer service about a recent purchase and a defect. Spoke to Dave and explained and had my receipt and photos all ready to go but he listened, and simply took care of the issue right away by sending out a replacement pair. No hassles of returning to the store etc. Super friendly, super helpful and I immediately forgot my disappointment about the defect in the first place.
