Bought last minute tickets to Phantom of the Opera. Everything was smooth and as expected, received tickets to my phone almost instantly. Good service!

I bought tickets to Watch Aladdin with my son but unfortunately we would not be able to attend due to my son not being vaccinated. I emailed Broadway.com and within minutes got a reply offering a full refund. Holly was really helpful and I got a full refund 24 hours later. I will definitely use Broadway.com again and Holly thanks again for your help.

We have been using Broadway Travel for about 8 years now, originally through TravelZoo, and then we just started using them direct.
