Breville – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Breville NZ has once again given excellent after sales service. Many years ago, we got a replacement coffee machine due to them not being able to supply a part, even though it was out of the garuantee period. Now we have been given a replacement bowl and slicer for our food processor as a goodwill gesture, after the garuantee period. It gives me great confidence to be a Breville customer. Thanks so much.

The wonderful woman on the phone made 100% sure that my problem was fixed. She was kind and gracious and made it an enjoyable experience.

The customer service agent on the phone was excellent. Very patient, courteous, and ultimately got me the service and answer that I needed (a warrantee claim for a defective toaster)

He was very helpful and patient. Also very resourceful helping me look for the right tool in my husband’s toolbox.

She totally got my question and had me do a video with her so she could see what my issues were. It got answered and I’m so happy 🤗
