Bradford Exchange Checks – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Terrible customer service. Didn't receive my checks after 3 weeks so i tried going back online to check status and all they gave me was an order number, it wont let you check on that, wants an account number which i didnt have, tried calling, was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer so i hung up. I then faxed them and never got any response. I then emailed to no reply there either. I finally called again and it was busy and i pressed the option to have them call me back, i finally got a response !

SCAM! CHARGED 14.95 this month for "Bradford Rewards," on my credit card, and I called to investigate the apparent "continuing charge per month." I was told that I signed a trial offer when I bought the checks, and that I did not cancel the trial offer. I did not knowingly enter any continuing charge agreement with Bradford, as I very carefully avoid all continuing charge agreements, which should be made criminal under consumer protection law unless printed in all capitals, red ink. Regardless, there was no offer to reverse or reimburse the charges for zero services given since the checks were ordered.

If there were a -☆ I would give them that. Ordered on line for $9.99.....was told a day later that I ordered before and it would be $59 something... That day I was told I can't cancel its been printed....I call 🐂💩!!..talk about bait and switch!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY!

Tried reordering checks online. Their website wouldn't accept CVC numbers so I called them. First, he can back with an amount $25 more than the website. Then, he insisted on charging me for "phone orders." After telling him five times that their website was broken and I could NOT order online, he argued with me - a customer - and said I would have to pay the phone order charge. I demanded a supervisor. Here's the great part: He refused. Flat out refused to let me talk to a supervisor UNTIL I gave him my card number. Seriously. And its all recorded (so they say) so they can pedal all the BS they want...worst customer service ever.
