I was able to get through on chat during this corona virus outbreak in order to cancel my vacation. I had no insurance on it, and was not due a refund, but able to reschedule with no penalty thanks to Chad Gilbert for personally taking care of this for me. My son reserved through orbitz and as of now not able to get through, they keep saying wait until 7 days before your trip, well 7 days before is a big if, as to whether he will be able to reschedule, and in the meantime live with the anxiety. I will always book with bookit from now on.

I had the pleasure of having Silvia assist me with rescheduling my upcoming trip to Jamaica and the customer service was stellar! She was plesant, positive, patient, professional and demonstrated the technical expertise to get it done. Silvia is definitely worthy of recognition. Pam M.
