Great customer service from the support team at bookbaby.com. I had an issue with an older version of the font I was using in certain areas of my book. With some guidance from production support team, the issue was resolved. The finished product turned out beautifully, and I was pleased with the look and feel of the book. This is my second book with bookbaby.com and I am already working on a third. I'll be sure and use them again as I am happy with their pricing, support, and variety of distribution methods.
