The service level was outstanding. Super quick response on a mistakenly ordered item. Jessica, from the team answered fluently in my mother tongue, even so on immediately execution of my order. My wife finished her PhD the day the shipment arrived. The product itself was very well designed and artiously crafted by Jessica. I loved the service and the result, my wife also. I recently wrote a review where I gave Bobblegifts one star. The review was based on the delivery time. But they were accommodating and resolved the problem. Then upon receiving the bobblehead, it was an absolute beautiful work of art. It was a perfect clone of the photo I sent. Jessica did a fabulous job. I am very happy and my friend loved the gift! It is a very special gift to give someone!
