Boathouse – Coupons, Promo Codes & Special Offers (7)

I was in Boathouse in Surrey Guilferd mall. Today, Thursday March 20th at 12:22 pm. The one young woman that was working in the store at this time evidently had no interest in providing any sort of customer service. She was bordering on rude. I would not want her representing my business, and i think she should get some customer service training.

Ordered UGG boots for my daughter for Christmas in early December (Dec. 5th). Never received the boots. After several calls/e-mails to Boathouse customer service, I realized they were never going to give me a reimbursement so I contacted my credit card, they credited my card, did an inquiry and I won the case. TERRIBLE customer service. If the items are not in stock, why still sell them and make people go through the hassle? Do not buy from Boathouse.

Ordered a couple items for Valentine’s Day the weekend before. Paid for expedited shipping(2-3 days) so I would receive in time at $14.99. One item made it day 4. The second item they cancelled on Valentine’s Day. I have requested the additional shipping fee be returned as I did not get the service I paid for. Company does not respond to my emails at all! Poor customer service. I recommend to buy elsewhere.

I had a concern with only one of two items shopped I emailed them with my pleasant surprise I heard back right away and Jennifer M that was my response customer service was so informative and kind as I didnt understand how it worked .she put me at ease and will keep me posted when my other item ships .thank you Jennifer for your patience with me and explaining process .great employee

It is a great store with many awsome choices to choose from and buy from very satisfied with my order
