BlueJeans WW – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I travel very often for work and this is the only virtual meetings platform that I haven't had issues with! Not to mention Zoom's "privacy" still freaks me out 😬

Two stars for convenience. Allows legacy VC systems to have basic access to MS Teams meetings, but that is all. Not great quality and issues with screen sharing. Not value for money. However, the company is terrible. My organisation was submitted a renewal invoice from Verizon via physical post without my consent nor a quotation. The renewal invoice was not addressed to the account holder (me), therefore was unread for months. NOBODY answers the phone or calls back. Account managers don't last long so there is no hand to shake or throat to choke. Verizon taking over is BAD. Account management is terrible and after complaining about the services and management they tried to sell me more crap BlueJeans services! I can't even cancel the services mid term and get a pro rata refund. Don't bother with BlueJeans and especially Verizon. Upgrade your VC equipment to Teams Rooms instead. I recommend the Yealink MVC860 bundle for large rooms or the A30 bundle for smaller rooms.

I’ve used a variety of platforms in the past but my go-to for meetings now is BlueJeans. I’ve found that they offer consistently brilliant audio and video quality, I can use it on any device, and their multiple built-in features help make the meetings more effective. Access is simple and quick, and it’s easy to customize according to your needs. As a result, I’m looking at their virtual events and used their free Studio demo recently to explore some options for future events. I’m excited about the quality and the branding possibilities.

I use BlueJeans for meetings multiple times a week and always have a great experience. From scheduling and sending out meeting links to attendees to recording meetings for reference material, it really is a seamless experience. I like option of virtual backgrounds!

I have been charged over £300 by my phone company for using blue jeans which was supposed to be free!! No one wants to take responsibility for it. Passing it over to the communications ombudsman. Customer services from Blue Jeans just fobbed me off and didn't give a monkeys. Be aware and don't use them unless you're happy to recieve a massive totally unexpected bill
