A year ago I bought beautiful blinds and curtains from Blinds To Go for my house and was so fortunate to be given the help and expertise of Emily Hart. So this year, in my Senior's apartment that needed curtains, guess who I prayed would be available to help me! She is stunningly creative, knowledgeable, kind, patient, flexible, and caring. Her ideas and tentative suggestions are fantastic and she brings all the samples so you can visualize the effects within your space. I would be perfectly happy to leave her alone to make all the decisions for me but she sees the value in the owner taking responsibility. Janki Patel's demeanour, presentation and professionalism were first rate. She was attentive and eager to help. The environment was bright and airy.

I ordered blinds for 2 townhouses in Kitchener. My order number 519815. First of all, it took over 2 months to complete the order (Instead of 2-3 as I was promised before making order). Installation in one townhouse was perfect. But in another townhouse two vertical blinds were installed unevenly. (difference in hight is 13 mm). One blind was installed lower than another. My complaint to the company didn't have a result. I'm absolutely unhappy with the view in my living room. Later on I contacted Blinds to go , I received great service after all.

What made my experience great was the salespersons, the measurer and the installer. They were professional and accurate. The installer was efficient. He installed a total of 13 blinds in record time. He also installed a shade on the porch door a week later without a hitch!

Tina our consultant was excellent to work with she came out to our home, very pleasant, and is on top of everything, i highly recommend requesting her as your consultant. Alex installed our curtains and did a wonderful job also
