I have had nothing but positive experiences with Blade HQ. I receive my orders in a timely manner and the customer services for returns is the best I have ever experienced. Sharon, in the customer services department emailed me with updates on my returns and responded promptly to all of my questions.

Purchased a Gerber Confidant (08/31/24) listed as Assisted Open because I was looking for an AO flipper with a recurve blade. Suffice to say I was disappointed when the order arrived 09/10/24 and I opened the package to find a standard flipper instead. Further research via gerbergear.com showed this was never an AO, so I immediately emailed BladeHQ requesting a return label. With all the bad luck I've been having lately I was completely surprised to see a response from 10:25AM 09/11/24 telling me to keep/discard the knife, that a total refund is being issued and that they are updating the listing. I will definitely continue being a customer here.

Had an order in limbo with USPS. USPS was not much help however Brooke and Hannah were awesome in getting my issue resolved. Very prompt email replies, very professional and just a great experience overall. Thanks to them both!
