I felt that everything went smoothly. From purchasing it to having it received. I did not find any difficulties with shipping at all. The coffee tastes delicious. I've enjoyed drinking it during deployment and even on land.

As like the majority of customers on here, I had a similar experience with bad shipping since the company ironically went public. Black Rifle switched to DHL and the product delivery time almost double in time than what is use to be I have been member since 2019 and notice the delivery slowly deteriorating. Not to mention, I was ECS and was consistently getting stickers with my coffee but bad shipping. The last bag had no sticker. I emailed customer service and Jose C promptly said” sticker are not always guaranteed,” however no mention about any change on site or by email. Too add, Jose C tried to have me purchase a sticker club. Update 3/20/23: after canceling my membership and unbeknownst to be me, I received a box that had two ECS coffees and a heartfelt message. As a veteran, this is what I expect. I have since re-subscribed. Thank you Black Rifle!

We like the coffee, our shipment arrives seamlessly without fail and has for almost 2 years. Occasionally I put in an extra order - when guests drink up our coffee supply - those orders always arrive quickly! BRC has done just what I’d hoped! Taken “coffee” off my to do list and kept us supplied without fail. We buy whole bean, grind and brew daily with an espresso machine.

So far I am super impressed with BRCC! I guess you could say I'm a coffee connoisseur and I enjoy different type coffees that do not taste like Starhucks. Not to discredit them but BRCC have impressed me 2 times now along with the fact that they are solely veteran owned n operated. Merica Baby all the way!! Guys here me when I say, get ya some of these coffees and make your way through their big selection as I'm doing. They offer combo packages in bean and ground. I started with "Blackbeards Delight" n made my way to a combo pack of "Blackbeards, Freedom Fuel & Beyond Black". Ground up some Freedom Fuel today n wow. Delicious! Nuff Said folks. This company has some of the best customer service I've ever received. I chatted with Jose C. and told him I accidentally ordered the wrong type of coffee. He had a replacement shipped out to me and asked if I could donate the coffee I received instead of returning it. No hassle of going through the returns and they're doing a good service in local community. They earned themselves a lifelong customer.
