Come scritto in data 28 aprile, avevo, come molti altri, "subito" il rinnovo automatico: ok che c'e' il modo di disdirlo, ma è comunque abbastanza fastidioso avere questa incombenza. In ogni caso, ho poi regolarmente ricevuto il rimborso, nei tempi promessi da Bitdefender, che è un ottimo prodotto. Quindi, come da me promesso, le stelle aumentano decisamente!

My response to all this is now is late. I communicated mainly Vladimir. He well studied, well written, considerate, never talked down to me. He was patient to a fault (I would never have put up with me so patiently). He gave up on me, I suppose, because the last thing I had to do was bitdefender loaded on my last device. I needed little guidance: I was just slow. I have a part-time job, two volunteer jobs, visit out of my home town to see my family and because I’m 65 plus, I am not ‘fixed’ on my phone/computer. I am an English major. I am not officially a grammarian but someone who writes well, has excellent syntax, uses punctuation correctly, gets all my attention. HE’S DAMN GOOD. I once responded tersely to an auto-email because I had not responded quickly enough (respond within 3 days for this offer or it’s done). Had I known he had picked up my response, I wouldn’t have been as terse. I was already dealing with a real person who understood my angst, questions, and needs. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whatever Vladimir wants, give it to him. A holiday in Barbados; trips to Antarctica. Do whatever you can to keep him, but I bet you can’t. He’ll be gone soon. He may be gone now. He’ll be done with the likes of me. He is just too good. I can no longer understand if customer representatives anywhere, are real; maybe robots. I want to say Adriana is, but her responses were canned. If she is a real person, it felt that way because Vladimir laid the way for her. Thank her for taking over for Vladimir. I appreciate your help, Adriana. I am over the moon happy with Vladimir’s service to me. He accepted my time constraints. He was kind and considerate. If he wants to be the prez, give it to him. You would be stupid not to keep him in whatever way you can.

I was having a hard time with signing into Bitdefender and the tech I worked with helped me figure it out.
