BioTrust Nutrition – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Their products are pretty good, except I didn't like one and tried to post a negative review and they wouldn't post it. This makes me suspicious of them.

My recent experience of dealing with BioTrust’s customer services has been very disappointing. My products have taken almost a month to arrive, and I still haven’t received them. I wrote to BioTrust to find out what’s happening, a number of times. I told them about the poor tracking information given by their delivery partner, and asked for an explanation for the extreme delay as I needed to decide if this was a one-off problem and worth continuing buying from them. Their response was to give me money back and no useful information on why the delay. Of course the money back is welcome, but it felt like a sweep the problem under the carpet. No investigation has happened to my knowledge. In addition there was a throw away line at the end saying the package should be delivered in the next couple of days. No specific time. It’s disappointing as BioTrust’s products are good, but waiting a month is a big ask in today’s day and age. And seemingly lazy responses offering money without looking into the problem properly does not give confidence of future buys Mike King

One day i was on you tube & a ad came up from Dr tim skiat ( i think i spelled it wright) i have followed him for years because I'm into fitness & health great tips ☺ so he stared talking about bio trust & other thing so i decided too place a order it double up by mistake i got all my money back then i got a email saying they where sorry but it was not there fault at all .today i just received a package from bio trust for free ☺ vitamin's & hair skin & nail collagen power all natural carn't wait to try it ☺wooow who does that just want too say thankyou Bio trust ☺ i have had a long stressful day as a defense lawyer i might have spelled thing wrong but no body is ferfect 😁 thanku again Bio Trust
