Really excellent company for bikes. I had never heard of the Polygon brand before and was looking for a budget mountain bike to get into riding with. I'm an experience road and gravel rider so I knew the specifics of what I wanted. I spent months looking for the right bike and the bikes here are so incredibly nice for the price it's almost hard to believe. I've taken my D7 out twice so far and been incredibly impressed with the quality for the cost. Don't be surprised if there's a few cheap parts on the bike, the core components are solid and most of the cheap components are the first ones I'd upgrade on any bike.

Found bikes online and polygon bicycles early 2020 when Covid was driving used bicycle prices through the roof. A d7 for my son was the first purchase which has taken an absolute beating without any issues beyond normal wear items; tires, drive train... He races motocross and has also qualified for amateur nationals in multiple classes racing super moto. He’s not gentle on his equipment. Late last year I purchased an n8e for myself and just recently an n7. My experiences with bikes online have been nothing short of great. I recommend them to anyone who may be looking for a new mtb.
