My road 5 tires were purchased yesterday and shipped today as promised. I'm in Athens TX and it says the tires were shipped out of fort worth so I'm guessing they have a warehouse down there. Should see them in 2-3 days if that's the case. I'll make a new review if it's wrong or something, but $400 set of tires and I'll potentially be putting them on by the weeks end sounds like a deal to me.

Here update for my previous review about bikebandit. You sent the order on time, but my agent in LA was unable to register the shipment on my account due to a missing P.O. Box number, so they gave me wrong information about not delivered shipment. So after several requests and a month CS gave me the tracking number and the agent could find the shipment and sorted to my account.

Always glad when I purchase from Bikebandit.. Never an issue and always over deliver.

I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I placed an order for a OEM Fairing for my son’s 250 ninja and they shipped it very quick plus the quality is excellent. I think everyone is giving them a bad rap even though we all know the COVID stuff has destroyed almost everyone’s inventory and if you don’t have inventory then there’s nothing to ship. I had previously written a negative review, but realized that I was in the wrong. I complained about time to ship when they have banners all across the site explaining common delays so I owe them an apology. When I received my jacket that didn't fit, customer service was more than willing to help. They were very quick to respond and very polite.
