Bergdorf Goodman – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I don't understand all the bad reviews,I do admit I was a bid worried about ordering for Bergdorf Goodman from all the bad reviews but my purchase was a pleasant one, quick shipping revicied on time thanks again

Absolutely fabulous. Use your Neiman Marcus charge card when they have the clearance sales in Jan-Feb. The deals are amazing. Designer items at 70% off, and selection is slightly different from Neimans. Brilliant. I use Shoprunner to make sure I get my purchases within 2 business days. Been doing it for years now and never a bad experience.

I’m normally very happy with BG, but my most recent order had a minor hiccup. If you’re local to NYC, then sometimes, the store will use a local currier service for delivery of an item they offer in-store. This is the only time I’ve ever experienced an issue with delivery. The local currier delivered to a neighboring apartment building and the mistaken recipient did not return the package to our building, lol. I hopped on a call with BG and reordered; they comped overnight shipping through Fedex so that I wouldn’t have to work with the same currier service that delivered to the wrong address. Annoying to deal with as I now have to wait for my refund to be issued on the original order, but they’re always a class act and resolve accordingly.

I almost didn't buy from this store after reading the rewiew here, but I decided to take a chance because it was the only store that sold the golden goose sneakers I wanted. my experience was very good. I received the shoes correctly, there was just a delay in delivery, I will buy again.

Have been ordering from BG for over a year now. Styles are a bit edgier than I had been able to find previously, sales are wonderful and customer service has surpassed expectations.
