Beretta USA – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Terrible customer service. I bought a new shotgun (A300 Ultima Patrol) that wouldn't cycle. Beretta refused to take it in for inspection and I called multiple times and spoke with multiple people. I was told to bring it back to my local shop and that they could send it in. After 2 months they stopped responding to my local shop and wouldn't send them a shipment label, so my shop had to send it off to a local gunsmith. He was shocked that it even made it out of quality control, and Beretta wouldn't help him or send him the replacement parts. The bolt and spring were all out of adjustment apparently. I will never buy from Beretta again. Thankfully my local shop was amazing and were able to fix it for me. Surprising when you buy something over 1 thousand dollars.
