Hade otur att få en projektor med defekt överhettningsskydd. Tyvärr vände jag mig till återförsäljaren som var totala klåpare (1700:- för en låtsasservice). Men Benq har garanti på sina produkter, tog emot projektorn och lagade den kostnadsfritt. (Jag fick själv bekosta frakten dit eftersom det hade gått mer än ett år). Men snabbt och smidigt gick det. Nu, ett år senare och rikligt använd funkar den fortfarande felfritt.

BenQ PD2720U 4K monitor. Amazing display and competitive price - there are some retailers out there charging substantially more for the same product from the manufacturer! Strange but true. Display arrived promptly within a week. Quality is extraordinary. 'Display Pilot' software changes colour profiles on the fly, amazing stuff, requires update for Mac unfortunately. Email to BenQ and work-around version of software provided within couple of days. So far, I'm impressed with everything except the software, Display Pilot update for macOS 11.0.1 urgently required please guys. Apart from that I'm knocked out. Well done!

From the first phone call to the return of our BenQ1070 projector every interaction with the support team was pleasant and reassuring. They recommended replacing the bulb and after we tried that and it still didn't work we ended up sending it in for repair. It came back as scheduled and works beautifully now!
