Beaches Resorts – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I took my family to Beaches Ocho Rios in October last year for a luxury break celebrating a special birthday. On arrival we were ignored, put in a room that didn’t have enough beds for my family of five. After some serious complaining, one of the managers (David) stepped in and did everything he could to recover the holiday for us, and in the main he succeeded, which included moving to a different room. The real game changer, much to our surprise, was the lovely chap named Dukel who looked after us in our cabana every day. Dukel has a bright future ahead if his natural talent for customer service is noticed and nurtured my senior management.

Extremely impressed with the outcome. Team at the firm went above and beyond. Attention to detail and expertise evident. Felt confident and supported. Couldn't be happier with results achieved. Highly recommend their services.

Visited Beaches Resort in Negril back in November. We had a great time, all staff were very helpful. Nadia at the concierge was absolutely wonderful, she was very kind. Even grab us lunch while we waited on our COVID Test result. Thank you so much guys for such a fun time. Sandra and Tanae
