We had a minor snafu with an incomplete shipment on an order; I brought it to the attention of customer service and within the same day we had the missing items shipped. Truly appreciate the quick response and remedy!

This company went way above and beyond to turn an unfortunate situation (of which they had no control) involving damaged items delievered to my house and rather than forcing me to go through the long and arduous process of filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer was able to replace the damaged items for me at no extra cost. Nobody else would have done that. Ryan and the team at bbqgrills.com deserve all the business that comes their way.

Great experience with BBQGrills.com... had a little snafu with the web ordering process. Ended up with 2 items ordered, and their customer service responded immediately to correct the order to 1 item as intended. Even the Founder Ryan chimed in. Great to see businesses with integrity and taking care of customers!

Great people to deal with! There's always somebody available, either on the phone or via email. When we had a little shipping damage on our brand-new Broil King Signet 320 grill, I emailed them pictures, and Ryan, the owner, himself jumped in helping and he added 3 more people to the email group! Robert, Danielle, and Debbie, and one of them always answered quickly. Got my replacement parts for free (as expected) - took a couple of weeks, but I told them upfront that I would not have a problem even if they showed up in 4 weeks. So all good! Big thumbs up to all of you! I can highly recommend getting your next grill from Ryan and his great team! Keep up the great work, guys!
