I have been ordering from this business for the past year, the cases have prevented my phone many times from breaking. I always have people asking me where I got my case from since it’s unique and different. I actually had to replace my phone case recently, since I overused it plus it was time to get a new design. I had a issue with my most recent phone case ,but the customer service representative handled the situation on time and professionally. Exceptional service and exceptional business.

I purchased a case from them 1 week and a half ago and it arrived yesterday. Let me just say I love the case really good sleek quality. I have had no issues upon delivery and I just love how well packaged it came so protective. It threw me by surprise it was in a felt button bag . That right there tells me they take good care and want to make sure it gets to you undamaged. No I’m not a paid person writing reviews for company’s and no this place is not a scam stuff does happen when it delivers out of their control if it takes longer to get to your place it’s worth the wait 10/10 would recommend this. The cons tracking was Italian had to use the shop app which is fine but I get the tracking late and pricing is fair but for a blue collar worker a bit pricy I will be buying again but maybe once a month

Product received as described, shipping was okay, but that's already expected. Product comes in a black packaging with a nice soft envelope to protect the items during the harsh shipping. I am using it as a extra phone case. The item receive works fine and isn't something to use everyday, only on special occasions. The 2nd item which is the tempered glass protector came defective. I emailed them the same day and you gotta understand, the logistics is a nightmare but after a few days, they emailed me this morning and they are replacing it. Great company. This is my first time ordering from them. So far so good. Don't let the other reviews fool you. Just be nice when sending a request and you shall receive.

My case is wonderful, but even better, when there was an issue with my package (the case was cracked), not only was the problem fixed, but it was fixed within 4 hours of my emailing to say what had happened. I had been sent new shipping details for the replacement and everything. Special shout out to Batty for being so helpful and prompt for organising a replacement. Definitely recommend if you want a cool led case (as I bought for myself)- you can rest assured their service is fantastic.

Great service, a bit slow on the delivery but that's to be expected with international shipping. Had a minor discrepancy with my initial order and got sent the wrong items. Batty was the person who helped me sort it out and did so very quickly. Will recommend this site to my friends 👌
