A great company is also seen by how they treat their clients. I can assure you that the support is fast and straight to the point. I even had a problem with customs and they decided to pay for it.

I bought the Flagship Confidant in charcoal from their site at the end of July and it arrived from the US (to the UK) 9 days later - not bad at all. I did have an issue, in that the DHL tracking information didn’t seem to update for a couple of days. But when I got in touch with Baron Fig they were friendly, quick and professional and assured me that they would investigate and, if the journal didn’t arrive, would do what they could to help. Always on the lookout for good quality notebooks to use as sketchbooks and journals, I found that other people recommended Baron Fig not only because the pages lie flat and the paper is high quality, but also because there are a lot more pages than compared to other brands (like Moleskine & Leuchtturm). I’m so pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone with a similar love of stationery.
