BambiBaby – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I went in to day to ask questions about gliders, strollers and car seats. I chose to drive to their Paramus location because I follow the company on IG and that looked like the biggest store with the most options to try out and see how we liked them. I was amazed at how awesome the customer service was. We asked a lot of questions and the owner directed us to the right options for our lifestyle and needs. They also weren't pushy about insisting we buy today, they allowed us to take down production information so we can compare our options. It was a class in baby needs. We will definitely be purchasing from them and look forward to going back for the rest of our baby furniture needs.

The process of buying our baby furniture could not have been easier! The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the original sale, to the delivery. The furniture came in early and Bambi Baby held onto it. We were able to schedule the delivery and the delivery and assembly took less than half hour. The furniture looks beautiful and was just what we wanted for the right price! We highly recommend Bambi Baby!

I cannot say enough good things. After choosing a set that had been discontinued my heart was so heavy after searching everywhere local possible to get the nursery set. Bambi Baby was able to find all the pieces I wanted but 1. Everything arrived here in Louisville with 0 damage. Best customer service I've ever had!

We got exactly what we needed (even though it was sold out everywhere else)! But... it did take over 3 months to get here. So don’t order if you need something in a pinch. But if you can wait, we had a good experience with the company otherwise.

I ordered a crib (and other peices of furniture that we fine) for my future grand baby and somehow the headboard of the crib was damaged during shipping. When I called BAMBI BABY I spoke with Joann Tassello who was super efficient in helping me with a replacement! She was amazing, what great customer service!! I received a replacement right away and it was perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again :)
