Great customer service. I had a question on a purchase. They got it straightened out right away. I have made several purchases and they were all handled efficiently and professionally.

I had a very positive shopping experience using Ozbackcountry.com.au to recently purchase my Orca Thermal wetsuit. John Mac was extremely helpful in letting me know full shipping details as soon as the wetsuit left their warehouse. As for the Orca Thermal, it is the finest wetsuit I have so far ever used.

I have always had a great experience with them. Shipping might take longer but at least these items are at a discounted rate when its on sale!

My son received the Nikes I ordered for him in 4 business days. They were 25% less than same shoes on most other sites. Fortunately, there will be no need for exchanges/returns/refunds because he knew his size in Nike. The first of two glitches in the transaction was being bumped from the site as I ordered—I continued the order by telephone. In addition, the first email I received about tracking stated the wrong price and wrong shipping method. I phoned again, got the correct email tracking message sent to me, and used it to follow the order seamlessly from there onward. If your order is simple, it may be worth the discount Backcountry offers to buy from them.

I have had the best experience with backcountry.com today. Jessica O. helped me out. I made a mistake ordering first of all. I had to back out an order that had already shipped. Did they by email and they immediately went to work on it. Then I called back because the gear I needed still needed to be ordered and I didn’t want to make the same mistake twice. Jessica listened patiently to my story and proceeded to help me research the details and give recommendations. I settled on an item and she processed the order efficiently. I hate ordering gear from my smart phone, but with help I think this order will go okay. Thank you, Jessica, for your help and attention. New favorite outdoor retailer.
