Avianca – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Terrible airline. I chose seats online (we're a couple, traveling together, purchased together, checking in online together) but after checking in at the airport realized they had separated us and put us in middle seats. When I asked the agent to change it, she said we would need to pay 80 euros if we wanted to sit together, even though I chose those seats and they were confirmed online. Even after pleading with her as we were a couple traveling on our last 10 hour flight together, she said there was nothing they can do, even on a flight that isn't full (all she had to do was decide and then change them). Then despite it being a major airline, they still weigh bags and measure at the gate and try to charge exorbitant fees if you are even 1 kilo over for a small bag. Avoid at all costs.

Estoy volando hacia Gustemala en el vuelo 651 y me encontré con algo sorprendente y digno de reconocer, un asistente de vuelo llamado Paulo, hace sentir bien a los pasajeros y se ve que nació para ese trabajo, felicidades 1,000 más como él para que verdaderamente sea agradable volar. Primera vez que vuelo en Avianca y hasta el momento bien, al finalizar el vuelo haré un nuevo comentario. Realmente una gran respuesta que me dio al felicitarlo, me gusta lo que hago…… hojala que aprendan otras aerolíneas……..

I have taken 6 flights with Avianca in the last two weeks, to and from the Galápagos Islands from the uk. The long haul was excellent comfy seats, plenty of leg room, cosy blanket and pillows, free headphones and really nice food. Also able to book aisle seats for free. No complaints at all. The short haul were no different to any airlines like Easy jet. Perfectly fine you had to buy snacks and less legroom but more than adequate for a 2 hour flight.

Tienen muy buen servicio al cliente. Mi maleta se pasó 2kg de peso y la chica dijo que no había problema. Los asientos plus son super comodos y tiene precios buenos con el servicio que ofrecem

Excelente servicio de avianca, mi hijo perdio su vuelo haciendo un transbordo y lo apoyaron con el hotel para su estadía, le hicieron acompañamiento hasta el momento que subió a su vuelo de destino final, muchas gracias 🙏🏻
