Aveda – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Thank you to Aveda for being such a wonderful company with fantastic products and excellent customer service! I have been a Canadian Aveda Plus Rewards member for only a few years now, and I have been absolutely loving my experience every single step of the way. I greatly appreciate how their products are always vegan and cruelty-free, as well as natural. I always feel like I'm in a spa while using their products, even while I'm at home or on the go, as they are very high-quality and just so special. Furthermore, every interaction with Aveda that I have had so far, whether over the phone or via email, has made me feel so incredibly recognized and appreciated as a customer, as they always truly go above and beyond. I would also love to give a glowing shoutout to two members of customer service: Deanna Chong and Tanya Sand. These two representatives were so very kind as to help me via email on two separate occasions, and really made my customer service experiences as exceptional and enjoyable as possible. Because of these two recent email interactions, as well as all previous over-the-phone assistance over the years, I view being a rewards member with Aveda as an equivalent of being a member of a family that you look forward to spending time with, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Aveda is so authentic and welcoming, you can't help but feel comfort in continuing to return to a company that is always so well worth it. Ho acquistato i miei tre prodotti abituali sul sito Aveda perché c'era il 25% di sconto, ordine arrivato nei tempi previsti, esperienza positiva!

Ordine arrivato dopo 48 ore dal pagamento con prodotti come da descrizioni e i campioncini selezionati in fase d'ordine. Sono stata informata dell'avvenuto pagamento via email ricevuta dopo il pagamento e della partenza della spedizione. Queste email sono un po' scadenti con informazioni poco precise. Il bottone "Traccia la mia spedizione" rimandava all'Home Page e il codice di tracciatura della mail non dava nessun risultato e non c'erano informazioni sul corriere che invece erano disponibili nell'area dell'account. Insomma perdendoci un po' di tempo sono riuscita ad avere aggiornamenti sulla spedizione. Il sito non si naviga molto bene da cellulare e da desktop su Chrome saltano delle pagine, peccato poi che non si possa pagare con PayPal. Quindi 4 stelle invece che il massimo per questi due fattori: comunicazione via email e navigazione del sito. I prodotti comunque sono fantastici e il packaging è sostenibile tutto in carta riciclata.
