I had paid $127.00 for a floral present for my wife on our anniversary. Never received it. Been about a week and they said it was delivered. There is a photo that included my address they say is proof of delivery. The photo is in the front yard out of sight of my Ring doorbell. There was no knock in the door and no ring on the doorbell. I wonder why the arrangement wasn’t put on the sheltered porch? When I got home no arrangement. Anyway I’m going to give up on getting it and will just give them the money. Not worth the aggravation.

I made an inadvertent purchase last night. After I worked through some phone calls this morning, their customer service office was so nice and allowed me to cancel considering the circumstances, although it was not policy given the holiday timeframe. I would like to thank Ava flowers for their understanding. I will purchase from here in the future.
