AutoPartsToys – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered more than one month ago a roof top and nothing came till now. I send them already 6 emails, only once I got a reply. I have the feeling I got scammed. Will ask for visa return. Avoid this company

This company advertises a product I very much needed and ordered for my business vehicle. I waited for three weeks to receive it. Still not here! When I contacted them after the promised date of delivery I was told if I didn’t want to wait, I could apply for a refund. That was NOT the deal I signed up for. When I researched the tracking info, the USPS said it was never received by them. My negative assessment of this company is due to lack of professionalism, curtesy, and their inability to deliver a product ( that they do not even have in stock) and lying to me about delivery at least two times! Now they will refund my money.....but I’ve lost a month in waiting! This is not professional, in my neck of the woods! MSW
