Audioengine – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have had a pair of Audioengine A5+ speakers attached to my living room smart TV via the headphone socket for the last 7 years. They have never failed to impress me whether watching terrestrial TV or stream[ng BBC iPlayer, Amazon, Netflix,or Disney+. Playing Tilted by Christine and the Queens via Amazon Music is stunning compared to the built in TV speakers. I am a very satisfied customer in the UK.

Have two pairs of the Audioengine A5+ speakers. One set is black and one set is white. The black set Powered speaker (L) has always had an issue with the woofer not registering sound and I have never not once gotten a reply from customer service in regards to this issue. Multiple emails and nothing. They are a Sh!T company with no regards for customer service after a product is bought. They do no stand by their product. Do not buy any products from them. They will not reply, so you'll never get repair service or parts for replacement.

A humming sound can be heard from the active speaker cabinet even when no cables attached and no BT input. Returned speakers to the company from which they were purchased for testing and was told as there is an amp inside the cabinet, a hum is not out of the ordinary. Have tested KEF LSXs, Klipsch The Fives and Dali Oberon 1c, none of which have the same hum.

Very poor customer service. The phone number provided-never answers and after leaving a voice message, no response. Completed online inquiry, no response. Very very poor.

Got a faulty product. Audio Engine said it had to be "repaired", which is nonsense for a brand new product of course. Two months later I still have not received a replacement and they have pushed the fix time yet another month. Pure rubbish customer service. I'm trying to cancel with the supplier. Will never buy from this company again.
