This company has old antiquated policies. Tests that you have paid for expire after a set period of time and they offer no refunds for basically anything. They have the worst customer service imaginable. They strive to get and keep your money regardless of any services rendered

WHAT A PIECE OF TRASH!!!!!!! I am a nursing student and this mother f@cker makesa my life so hard by making it impossible to log in every day. I have so many assignment and I do not need this extra hassle. I have every browser on rotation to try to get through the assignments so that it will let me log in. This antiquated geriatric piece of "trash" needs an overhaul.

I only took TEAS exam because my school required it to get into a healthcare program. I signed up for it in early March 2020 to take it at my school. My school sent out emails saying that it was cancelled, and we should be receiving refunds for the exams from the company if we haven't taken them yet. I haven't received my refund so I sent an email to the company. They told me that unless it was a "documented emergency," they couldn't issue refunds. (Hello, a pandemic is an emergency.) Anyways, they repeatedly told me they can't issue a refund for a test I didn't/couldn't even take even after I forwarded them the email that I got from my school. I only got my refund after disputing the charge through my bank.
