My experience with art of living can be told as a journey of healing and immunity. It is a positive and a miraculous transformation from being a total mess in all areas of life to an organized and hopeful person. All aspects of life has improved noticeably. Be it relationships, Work life balance, mental health, finance management, decision making, physical health, peace at home everything has fallen in place because after i started experiencing this magic my family members got inspired to take up Happiness program and learn SKYoga. Like it has benefitted millions of people across the world even our family is blessed to be a part of this. I was very confused between Isha and Art of living courses and researched a lot but finally i was blessed & destined to be a part of Art of Living. Going to Art of living was the best life changing decision of my life. This is the most genuine Humanitarian foundation you can ever find on this planet and i can assure on this. Every volunteer teacher and an employee of this foundation is service oriented and dedicated to bring a positive change in the world. There are 58 profound and deeply impactful courses both for children and Adults and they are so miraculous and powerful. These courses are the biggest blessing to mankind, its the biggest university for wellness and wellbeing which can keep you away from stress overthinking self doubt suicidal tendencies and meaningless life. This place will definitely help you lead fulfilled and meaningful life. Lastly i somewhere read Art of living promotes their courses too much my answer to it is “if you love something deeply you cant help but endorse it”.

I took the beginner course again this weekend, I think for the 5th time since 2015. It is such a beautiful course to set you on and remind you of the path to peaceful joyful living. Instructors were so sincere and authentic. A great experience.

The Art of Living Sky Breath meditation class was worth the time and the cost. I wanted help in starting my meditation practice as a beginner because it has been intimidating for me. The instructors, Rekha and Tejas made it so comfortable that I could be myself and let them know any parts of the practice that I was struggling with. The repetition was good because I feel ready to do it on my own.
