Rishaad and the rest of the Arrow team where very helpful in addressing my concerns and figuring out the replacement disk issue, I had to contact them a few times but i’m sure they were quite busy and receiving a lot of email regarding the issue, they got back to me within a day or less each time I contacted them so that pretty damn good service!

Had a pre order problem, contacted arrow customer service, they were quick at sorting out problem and replying to me, would like to mention Shanice who was first rate in customer care.

Arrow's products are top notch. Now and then there are some quality control issues, but their customer service always takes care of me. The packaging of the Dune 4K Steelbook led to the feature disc being damaged. I either dozed off on the first watch or forgot, and over a year later they replaced the disc. I'm glad we have boutique companies like Arrow, Shout, Umbrella, and Vinegar Studios because the major studios really don't care about physical media or collectors. Buy The Conan Chronicles!

You do not always get the lowest prices and the highest availability, but I either had no problem or I got prime support. I sell electronics myself and I honestly do not understand all such negative feedbacks.
