After 2.5 problem free years I hit an issue. I sent an email and received a response almost immediately, a short, speedy, hassle free conversation and my issue was resolved in the best way. I was impressed, customer service is a minefield these days but these guys did a great job. Well done Arizer - a happy and now loyal customer!

A few months ago my Arizer extreme Q stopped working, i had zero idea what would have caused it. After a bit of chatting with Arizer support we opened the bottom of the vape and saw a burnt cable and ribbon cable. I used the device often as i have stage 4 cancer that causes me a lot of pain and the extreme q was a workhorse for me, i took it everywhere i could. Arizer wanted to do something special for me and sent me their XQ2 when i had sent my Extreme q to them. Ive been using it almost 6 times a day since and think of how great arizer has treated me as a customer.

I've been a happy customer for at least a decade. That was when I bought their original desktop unit, the V Tower. I liked it so much, my wife and I ended up buying one for our brother-in-law(her sister's husband) as a birthday gift. They love it. 10 years(at least) later, that original V Tower, despite daily use(don't judge me, lol), is still functioning PERFECTLY. A couple of weeks ago, I happened to be on their website, looking to buy a second Cyclone Bowl, so I could have one for Indica prominent strains and one for Sativas(the inherent efficiency of the desktop units means I never finish a bowl in one session). That's when I saw their 50% off sale. Despite my +10 YO OG desktop version working PERFECTLY, I decided to upgrade to their latest model, the XQ2(love all the extra functionality and bells and whistles). My wife was thrilled to get the OG version as a hand me down. I ordered my new XQ2, as well as that 2nd Cyclone Bowl and a few other accessories. Took delivery 2 days later, and so far, it's looking like this might outlive me-I'm a retiree. The new Cyclone Bowl was another thing. They're handmade, and as such, they're subject to greater variability in the final build. Unfortunately, I got one that slipped through their inspection process and had too tight an ID to allow their stainless steel/titanium alloy screens to seat properly. I informed them of the situation, and after a bit of back and forth(including photos), they not only made good by supplying a UPSed replacement Cyclone Bowl, but going well above and beyond my expectations, they threw in a discount code coupon, a pack of replacement screens AND a 2nd Cyclone Bowl!!! To say I'm happy with the final outcome would be a massive understatement. As I mentioned earlier, I've known about the quality and perfect performance of their devices for over a decade, but my first experience dealing with their Customer Service people echoes that level of quality performance. I HIGHLY(lol-highly, get it?) recommend Arizer, both for its top notch products, as well as their impeccable Customer Care. If I live another decade, I'll definitely be buying whatever their latest iteration of their flagship desktop model will be.

Really good devices and the customer service have been great. They have gone far beyond what I expected. Thanks so much to Jessica for putting up with all the emails back and forward.
