Anese – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Totally SCAM!!! Never buy from this place!!! Ordered for like 150 euros some months ago and haven't received anything! wrote them so many emails and didn't get eny response. Didn't get my money back either. They should be reported ASAP!

We placed an order March 18th and not one product has shipped as of April 17th. This is in violation of 16 CFR Part 435, requiring sellers who solicit buyers to order through the Internet, to have a reasonable basis to expect that the sellers can ship within the advertised time frame, or, if no time frame is specified, within 30 days. When a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer’s consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped merchandise. We have attempted resolution with Anese but they referred us to their policies which advise once they enter the “shipping” phase, no refund will be issued. I don’t consider creating a shipping label in the “shipping” phase. Anese refuses to refund nearly $400, which we are due. The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the amount of inquiries we have received.…Consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for.

They sent me a product I did not order, claimed to have sent me a refund, but didn't. I have now provided screenshots of my bank account FIVE TIMES to show that no such refund was sent, and they've resorted to ghosting me. I'm about to cancel my monthly subscription based on this.

I've been using anese products for almost a year now. First starred with the booty scrub and "down with the thickness" mask, then decided to try the boob scrub and mask. For the most part I do like their products. They've improved my skin texture and made it noticeably softer. After using I can't stop touching my own legs and butt! I wish it did more for cellulite though. I have tried their mask "internet famous" for it but I haven't noticed much of a difference on that front. Overall I'll keep using it to moisturize my skin, but I'm going to keep looking for something stronger on cellulite.

Shipping time was average for my order, but I would have liked a better tracking system to know when to expect it. I did receive my order though! Be aware the containers are on the small size for the price but I did see they came out with bigger sizes of "That Booty Tho" which was the favorite of my whole order. I would also suggest "Down with the thickness" and "Have you seen my underwear?" I would purchase these products again but I don't think I want to venture into their other products. They also have a reward program so make sure to join if you plan on ordering regularly.
