Amtrak – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I love riding Amtrak. I only use a roomette which is an awesome way to travel. My only wish is that they would wash the outside of the windows once in awhile. So dirty it’s hard to see the beauty outside. Same goes for dining car windows. For the price, it would be nice and add to the experience.

If you are in a sleeper car and Manny is your attendant YOU HAVE JUST FOUND THE BEST ATTENDANT AT AMTRAK!!!! I’m on the Empire Builder 28 coming from North Dakota and heading to Chicago and I cannot say enough about the folks on this train from the conductor to the dining cart but especially Manny! Thank you Amtrak for the people on this train! They should be acknowledged for going above and beyond. See a lot of bad reviews and it wouldn’t be that way if the other trains and personnel took tips from the ones on this train! Thank you Manny!

I traveled on Amtrak for 3days me and my little service dog we traveled from NC to Spokane WA we had a roomette the food was great the service was top self. i recommend Amtrak to all if you have time to sit back and enjoy Amtrak is the way to go ..... THANK YOU AMTRAK...

Steven in Harrisburg, PA helped me find out where to be and helped with my luggage. Someone else helped me board but walked fast and far. I can’t walk far and paid for accessibility. Didn’t have the correct seating though. In Pittsburgh, PA there were awesome helpers like Rob Brown. He was amazing and I thank him for his assistance in departure and boarding the next train to Chicago. Female employee was also nice and friendly on Chicago bound train also. Let’s see how Chicago and Milwaukee are. Thanks Amtrak! Deana Frost
