American Tourister – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Valise achetée lors d'un voyage à l'étranger. Défectueuse au déballage : la poignée ne rentre pas dans la valise. Impossible de la rendre car retour en France imminent. Théoriquement pas de problème car la garantie est internationale. Une fois rentré, impossible de déposer la valise dans les points de service listés sur le site d'American Tourister / Samsonite. En effet, le premier est un revendeur qui n'accepte que les valises qui ont été achetées chez lui. Le deuxième a tout simplement arrêté ce service. Le service client d'American Tourister ne me propose rien d'autre que de tenter un autre point de service... Voilà ou j'en suis pour le moment. Je mettrai à jour mon commentaire le jour où cet incident sera résolu.

Email sent to american tourister with no response for over a month. Hi my suitcase is less then 1 year old and the zip is broken and I'm unable to lock my suitcase now. I'm really disappointed in the quality especially when this cost over £150. I've seen on your repair section local shops that fix the items but mine is over a 2 hour drive away! I also don't believe this should happen to a suitcase that has been used a couple of times and isn't even a year old. I have attached images for reference. As you can see from the photos attached I'm unable to access the zip that is broken. Resent the same email and still no response although I have recieved an automated email to confirm they have received my email. Quality isn't good for the price. Suitcase now unusable and no way to use the warranty.
