I order clothing and what I order arrives in reasonable time. I feel bad for all of these people reporting negative experiences, but those reviews do not reflect the company I’ve been ordering from for the last few years. I’ve ordered a few hoodies and pairs of sweatpants for myself and a few more hoodies as gifts for others. Items have always arrived within the projected time- even during this past holiday season. The quality is great- nice, sturdy fabrics with excellent stitch work. It’s good to know that my money is going to domestic labor. Also, the sweatpants I just received came in a large paper package instead of plastic. NICE!

Zip up hoodie delivered as described! Not the fastest shipping, approximately 10 days and luckily I like the sweatshirt so I didn’t have to interact with customer service but hoodie is great quality.

I’d like to say that while they shipped the incorrect order at first, and their traditional shipping is not very good. And after a couple of weeks of radio silence, they did finally reach back out to me and confirm they’d ship the correct order and it arrived 3 days later. Very high quality items, I ended up ordering more

All the items that I ordered were as represented on the company’s online store. They are all well made and made of top quality materials in the USA. The entire order arrived within 5 days.

The reviews saying you get an order confirmation and nothing after are true. Maybe they are busy during the holidays but my order confirmation was received 5 days ago and still the order status just says order received and we will email you once shipped. No customer service number which is just weird. The only way to contact is via email which you never get a response to even though the auto reply says you will get a response within 2 business days. The website says orders take one business day to process. I have not had issues with AG in the past but something is up now. I doubt there's any way I will receive my order by Christmas now even though I ordered with plenty of time. Now I have no idea what to get my husband and no time left to get anything good. Crushed. If I don't get a response by tomorrow I'm going to try to cancel the order so let's see how that goes. EDIT: They finally did respond via email and turns out they oversold the item I ordered which is why it hadn't shipped. They did make it right by expediting an alternate item for me which made it in time for Christmas. Changing my review.
