Alvantor – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We love it at first we’re going on our second year and because water pools at the top which we always took off the water, There’s all these slits that happened and it’s all ripped on the top until they can improve the top. I will never buy another one of these.

I am really impressed with my 4m Alvantor bubble tent. I bought it as a second from John Pye for £40 and it has changed our summer experience. July in the uk has been dull and wet but we have been able to set up our 8 seater garden table and have friends over to enjoy eating outdoor without getting wet. Condensation is an issue when the air is still and it does get very hot when the sun comes out. I’m not too sure how the bubble will stand the uk wind but until then I am using it every day.

Bonjour, Je suis en train de vivre la pire expérience client qui soit ! J'ai acheté sur le site français d'Alvantor une tonnelle de jardin 15'x15' ainsi que ses accessoires. Ma commande a été passée le 03 juillet pour une réception prévue le 10 juillet. N'ayant rien reçu à cette date, j'ai envoyé à Alvantor un premier e-mail pour savoir où en était ma commande sans recevoir de réponse de leur part. Depuis, je les ai relancés via leurs diverses adresses, y compris en anglais via celle du site en .com et je ne reçois toujours aucune réponse. Si vous lisez les avis en langue étrangère ici, vous comprendrez que je ne suis pas le seul à avoir ou avoir eu ces mêmes problèmes avec ces vendeurs et que j'aurais sans aucun doute dû vérifier leur réputation avant de passer commande.

I get more use out of my deck with my Alvantor plastic hut. It covers my 4 piece dining set and allows me to extend my season. No need to remove and store cushions every night. No worries about bird droppings on my table to clean up before I can set the table. When it gets warmer I can open the doors for the breeze to blow through. I was unsure if it really would allow me to get more use out of my outdoor eating area but I'm eating on my deck more that I ever did before. Just wish I could find a way to cool it when it's really sunny and hot.

In the process of trying to return. Received product cheap product too expensive. Felt very claustrophobic inside the bubble tent not good for hot tub use or any other use. Contacted company less then a week after receiving have to request a return authorization and they keep sending emails back and forth. 20% return fee and I pay return shipping so I either keep the $500 plastic tent or give them $100+ for them to keep it. If that doesn't tell you how bad the company is you have to pay them to keep their own stuff. So frustrated!
