I ordered a magazine collection two months ago. Two weeks ago I finally get an email that its been shipped but tracking shows that the carrier hasn't received it yet. And their response was that they shipped it and are not responsible after that. So if I never receive it, they got my money and I get nothing in return. They need to learn what customer service is. Unbelievable.

Preordered a collection and after two months, they have pushed the date twice already, and have ignored my latest attempt to contact them. The magazine issue included in the bundle has been out for a few weeks. So it looks like they have taken my money and don't plan on sending me my order.
