I've ordered from Altitude sports quite a few times - I bought running shoes, gloves, winter jackets, school bags and they were always delivered in new condition, perfect quality and authentic. Delivery was always super quick (I live in Canadal) and I enjoy their lifetime membership perks. They even have interesting sales and offer store credits which convince me more to buy from them than another store with similar sale. I have never had to return anything so I cannot speak on that part. I also have chatted with their customer service and they've all been pretty helpful.

J’avais eu TRÈS peur de commander après avoir lu les nombreux commentaires négatifs, mais j’en ressors plus qu’heureuse. J’ai acheté une veste soldée à un prix défiant toute concurrence, et elle est arrivée chez moi moins de 24h après avoir commandé grâce à la livraison express! (Je n’y croyais vraiment pas…) Je n’ai pas eu besoin de contacter le service clientèle, tout était parfait.

Great variety of items and good prices on a boxing day. Without the promotion it's a bit overprices in my opinion
