I have purchased several items from Alo and I have loved some and hated some. The return process has been the regular you would expect. I don’t understand all these negative reviews.

I honestly do not understand all the bad reviews, especially about customer service. I ordered a bunch of stuff from Alo, never had a problem, all items always come new and untouched, never experienced problems with returns/refunds/exchanges. I will say though, that CS works better by phone not via email. For example latest issue: I received a warrior mat not in the best condition (it was sent in the colored black box and its paint just went onto the mat and made it quite dirty). Contacted CS via email - no response for 10 days. After 10 days contacted them by phone. Sent photos. One day later received a label, shipped the mat, got a replacement in a perfect condition two days later! CS representative was amazing, apologised for inconvenience, responded to messages quickly. So, imo CS is great!! Maybe it’s a different experience if you live outside United States..

I just got my trench coat after only 5 days, to the other bside of the world. The quality seems flawless, and It's so so so beautiful. I'm very excited to try it on outside. Alo had a small glitch during the order in their website, but their customer service was remarkable.
