I didn't find everything I was hoping for, but I saved enough money to make it worth it buying those things other places. Both items I purchased shipped and arrived in less than a week. I got a cotton gait belt to use instead of a yoga strap and a half foam roller. It was hard to judge the size of the half foam roller based on the listing (again, there was an issue with product listings being clunky) and the images, so I got a smaller size than I would've picked in person, but it'll work fine.

I ordered the needle-less syringes in order to accurately dispense a liquid herbal supplement. Medicine dropper with bottle not accurate enough. They came quickly and are easy to read and use. Thanks Allegro Medical!
