AllBrands – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have the 770 machine that I bought in 2013 and did a review for some other brother brand product that I had recently purchased from AllBrands and that prompted a call from the AllBrands store in Metarie. I stated to the lady that I was looking into purchasing a newer embroidery machine. My 770 I bought online, along with other things like thread and bobbins. I stated to the lady who called me what I wanted the newer machine to do specific things and she adamantly told me that the 770 does that. My 770 is still in perfect working condition and I KNOW FOR A FACT it does NOT DO that so I looked on like for about a month and at various places and finally found the 800. It's PERFECTLY GREAT, for my business to progress even further than before. I did go into the Metarie store only because I was in the area, but my plans was to go to the Slidell store to buy the my new machine. But thanks to Ms. Javonda who was in Metarie on that day, I have my new machine. Thank you. I did however want the additional hoop for the hats. Which online stated that a certain hoop went with it and it didn't. Had it ordered it online it would have been incorrect. I did state to Ms. Javonda that I was going to come to her store to purchase my hat hoop and I will as soon as I get that chance she was VERY HELPFUL. But, by not being able to purchase the hoop I also couldn't use the coupon either.

I am a beginner at machine embroidering. I went to the store in New Orleans where Jasmine was exceptionally patient and showed me how several machines worked. I chose one and paid for it, but I had to wait a few days until mine came to their store. From the afternoon when I bought mine to the next morning, I received an email from all brands with the same machine on sale for $100 cheaper I called and spoke with a manager who understood my disappointment about the price difference. She gave me $100 in store credit to make up for the discrepancy, which I was absolutely fine with. THAT’S how a company should do business! Thank you for working with me!

I learned a lot. The good thing was hearing Stephen talk about what you could do and should do to keep your machines in good repair. It gave confidence regarding what we could handle ourselves and caution as to what to take to the expert.

I have always liked the sewing/embroidery classes sponsored by Allbrands. The virtual classes are just as helpful. I am learning so much and will continue to sign up. A thumbs up for the staff of Allbrands.
